Career Forum invites sealed tenders from reputed, experienced, and technically qualified agencies for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Demonstration of Smart Class Equipment in Government Schools located in Alipurduar District, West Bengal. The selected agency shall be responsible for delivering the complete Smart Classroom solution, including installation, configuration, testing, and successful commissioning of all supplied equipment.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder shall undertake the following responsibilities:

• Supply of Smart Class Equipment as per the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document.

• Installation, testing, configuration, and commissioning of all supplied equipment.

• Integration of the Smart Classroom system to ensure proper functionality.

• Demonstration of the installed system to the concerned authorities.

• Rectification of defects, if any, during installation and commissioning.

• Completion of the entire work within the stipulated project timeline.
